At Fenwick, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
